He was predeceased by: his aunt Kelly (Brent); and his parents, Kent Skinner and Emma Lou Skinner. He is survived by: his siblings, Greg Skinner of Dingle, Alan Skinner of Georgetown, Lou Ann Budge (Mark) of Paris, Susan Crane (Colton) of Lander, Angela Eschler (Edwin) of Roy and Michael Knapp (Carrie) of Bloomington, Idaho.. He is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews that love him and 37 grand nieces and nephews.
