She was predeceased by: her parents, Elliott Sparks and Mona Sparks; her husband Keith Koeven; her daughter Wendy Ann; her siblings, Melba Johnson (Doneal), Helen Sparks, Elliot Eugene, Rusty, Deon Sparks (Gloria), John, Jackie and Georgia Carol Sparks; and her brother-in-law Paul Hartley.
She is survived by: her sons, Eddie (Paula) and Kory (Marsha); her grandsons, Brian and Chad Koeven; her great grandchildren, Rena and Robby Koeven; and her siblings, Mardell (Dixie), Alan Dale, Pudge, Sandra Hartley and Darla Lloyd (Lynn).
