He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward and Emma Ruth Ipsen Stephens; his wife Jerrie; his siblings, Ray, Don (Geneva), Georgia, Arlene Schoener (Joe), Carma Saunders (Harvey) and Nina Sorenson (Grant); and his son-in-law Ken Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanette (Donald), Laurie (Ken) and Diane (Scott); his wife DeeAnn Thiemann Linford; his grandchildren, Stephen and Heidi; his stepdaughters, Tawna (Chris), Amber (Mark) and Darcy; his stepgrandchildren, Trevor (Ashley), Tiese (Jonathon), Cadence, Charles, Ruthy (Garrett) and David (Sara); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gauge, Justin and Boyd.
