He is survived by: his wife Debra S. Baker; his daughters, Afton S. Baker, Katie Serina Baker and Alayna K. Baker; his siblings, Alice Baker, Michael J. Baker (Tammy), Lynne Baker (Paul), Jeffrey D. Baker, Bryan V. Baker and John W. Baker (Ashley); his pet Jack; and his siblings' children, Bradley Baker, Grayson Lucero (Leah), Rick Worley, Nicholas Baker, Jaron Baker, Sandra Sherman, Amber Patel, Talon Baker and Piper Baker.
