He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Francis Willard Lewis and Virginia Sue Peck; and his brother Harry Edgar Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sister Marilyn Sue Lewis Dyer; his sister-in-law Geraldine Lewis; his children, Theresa, Francis Eugene Lewis Jr. and James Christopher Lewis; and his grandchildren, Spencer (RaeAnn), Morgan Bradt (Jaiden), Jarod, Daniel, Sam and Isaac. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
