He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Larsen. He is survived by: his friend Melba Empey; his foster father Darrell E. Empey; his foster sister Laura Empey; his cousin Dorlene Beard; and his foster siblings, Cheryl, Julie, Becky, Steven, David (Rose) and Dennis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Teton Valley Museum, Joshua Smith Foundation, Special Olympics, or a charity of choice.
