He is survived by : his wife Samantha Wheeler Miller; his parents, Kirk Miller and Janet Miller; his sisters, Katie Miller and Sarah Miller Therrian; and his children, Kenneth Dale (Ken), Wyatt Kirk, Kylie Renae and Kira Alice.
