He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmage Henry Whitlow and Sara Thomas Whitlow; his brother Bill Whitlow; and his former wife Ann Lane Whitlow. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Pace Whitlow; his children, Richard (Katherine), Christopher, Sara (Erich Schlenker), John and Anna; his grandchildren, Israel, Ilias, Connor, Lorelei, Ethan, Abby, Raelin, Julian, Baxter and Macarthur; his stepchildren, Brandon Pace (Janette), Rachel Lucas (Mark), Matt Pace (Heather), Erin Kofoed (Spencer), Tyler Pace (Brigitte) and Josh Pace (Chelyse); and his brothers, Don and Bob Whitlow. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
