With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Rosean Asson of Eagle, Idaho, born in Rupert, Idaho, who passed away on May 4, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Ernest and Freida Helene Dockter Jacobsen; her sisters, Janice Pratt and Jerry Loosli; and her stepson Scott Asson.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Asson; her children, Eric Vibbert (Melissa), Andrea Fernau (Aaron) and Jacob Aldridge (Skye); her grandchildren, Drake Vibbert, Eric Vibbert Jr., Landon Vibbert, Alyssa Maxwell, Nathan Fernau (Kate), Shalynn Fernau (Albert Krakowski), Elliott Aldridge and Emilia Aldridge; her great grandchildren, Vincent Fernau and Kaiden May; and her siblings, Carol Ryan and Mark Jacobsen (Jody). She is also survived by her six stepchildren and 17 step great-grandchildren.
