He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Adrianne (Jaymes), Brandon (Michelle), Tiffany (Kenji) and Lindsey (Zachary); his grandchildren, Colin, Jacob, Elliot, Ethan, Nicole, Maddy, Emmett and Hailey; and his sisters, Cathy (Mike) and Julie (Kelly). He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Stephen's memory to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Humanitarian Fund, Learning Lab of Boise, or the Killebrew-Thompson Memorial.
