With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Allan Millard of Eagle, Idaho, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winona Millard and Allan Millard; his siblings, Sandy York (Warner), Sue Millard and Stan Millard (Trish); his wife Peggy; his family, Brook, Jerilyn, Jason, Andi, Joe, Jen and Patrick; his grandchildren, Savannah of Delaney, P. J., Casey, Kellan, Brenton, Ronan, Mason, James, Ashton and Leo; and his son Patrick.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Steve's name to the St. Luke's Cancer Institute, the Idaho State University Foundation - School of Nursing and the Boise State University Foundation - Friends of Nursing, DeMeyer Memorial Scholarship Fund would be appreciated.
