She is survived by: her husband Dee J. Winegar; her children, Jeri Frum (Alan), Jeff Winegar (Carly) and Ron Winegar (Zelphie); and her brother Greg Esplin (Judene). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seventeen (and a half) great-grandchildren.
