She is survived by: her children, Joann Acklin, TJ Acklin, Shelly Wormsbaker and Shawn Fitzpatrick. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren; her 2 brothers and 2 sisters; and many nieces, nephews.
