She is survived by: her husband Dan Smith; her siblings, Jim Chaffin and Diana Pendley; her sons, Michael, Alan and Dale Siebenmorgen; her stepdaughters, Becky Williams and Christy Medley; and her grandchildren, Riley Booth, Jacob Smith, Aubree Micheal and Abby Williams.
