He was predeceased by : his father Richard Bukowski; his grandparents, Joe, Marie Bukowski, Thomas Robbins and Cortland Nielsen; his aunt Janet Orr; and his uncles, Darrel Lawson and Terry Walther.

He is survived by : his mother Patricia Bukowski; his grandmother Gloria Robbins; his daughter Kinsley Bukowski (Kayla McCall); his siblings, Paige Wood (Brady), Cortland Magiera and Chris Kirkpatrick (Lorraine); his sisters-in-law, Ashley and Britney McCall; his aunts and uncles, Mike Snow (Virgina), Joe, David Bukowski, Kassie, Bonnie, Mercedes, Darcy, Lori and Becky; and his nephews, Tristan, Joshua and James Wood. He is also survived by numerous cousins and honorary family members and friends.
