David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Leroy Thomas and Rozetta Thomas; his brother Dana; and his half-sister Dicie Greer. He is survived by: his brother Dalis Thomas; his sister-in-law Dorothy Thomas; his sibling's children, Lance Thomas (Laura) and Stana Hoagland (Travis); and his great-nieces, Jerica and Amy Hoagland. He is also survived by the youngest of three brothers and always looked up to his brothers.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emmett Cemetery (1205 N Washington Ave, Emmett, ID 83617).
