He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Curly" Heath and Laverna Caperon Heath; his son Todd; his sister Vernadene; his brother-in-law Gene Pressley; his brother Jimmy; his sister-in-law Patti Holbrook; and his father-in-law Ray Mullins.

He is survived by: his wife Kris; his sons, Mark Heath (Shara), Matt Heath (Cyndy Bryson), Jason Humphries (Cassie) and Ryan Humphries (Jessica); his grandchildren, Holly McCollum (Matt), Jaycee Heath, Haylee Dupree (Riley), Shelbee Heath, Hayden, Linkon Heath, Abbey Houk (David), Kendra Sutton (Kelly), Lexi, Dylan, Austin and Logan Humphries; his siblings-in-law, Tammy Heath and Steve Holbrook (Jean Nutile); and his caregivers, Stephanie and Abbie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
