He is survived by: his parents, Norvil Bryan Elliott and Joanne Barton Elliott; his sons, Dustin Michael Elliott (Katie) and Ethan Raziel Elliott; and his siblings, Jessica Elliott Stewart (Timmothy) and Samuel Norvil Elliott (Alishia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
