He is survived by: his wife Kelly Ford; his pet Rosco; his siblings, Sharon Blevins (Jack), Stella Kiser (Ron), Kenny Ford (Esmerelda), Danny Ford (Debbie), Tamme Snyder (Randy), Dawn Thompson (Tim) and Tony Ford (Ari); his grandchildren, Briana, Shelby, Kaydence, Mariah, Shianne, Mickaela, Abby and Logan; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Axel, Nevaeh, Bentley, Kenzlie, Ashton, Karter, Madilynn, Gunner, Bellamy and Ember.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made to Potter Funeral Chapel in Jim's name.
