He was predeceased by: his parents, Elburn Biggers and Arleen Biggers; and his brother Jim Biggers. He is survived by: his children, Monte (Heather), Jodi Al Attia, Mike (Jenny), Cindy and Chuck (Becky); and his brother Butch (Joyce). He is also survived by grandkids and great grandkids; and many nieces and nephews.
