He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden Hansen Bingham and Alice Lenore Cazier. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn J. Bingham; his children, Keri Smith, Brent Bingham, Celeste Hammarstrom, Stephanie Robertson, Craig Bingham, Mitchel Bingham and Allyson Bingham; and his brother Dr. Mark Bingham. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
