He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Hill and Catherine Hill. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Hill (Jennifer) of Foster, Oregon, Jason Hill (Sue) of Emmett, Idaho and Julie Riggan of Emmett, Idaho. He is also survived by six grandkids; one great grandchild.
