She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Mitchell and Josie Mitchell; her husband Richard C. Storms (Pops); and her sister JoAnn. She is survived by: her sister Judy Jugus; her sons, Jerold Breckenridge (Gina) and Jeffrey Breckenridge (Denise); and her grandchildren, Josie, Alex, Heather and Danny. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Potter Funeral Chapel (228 E Main St, Emmett, ID 83617).
