She was predeceased by: her parents, Beverly Ann Burkhart and Duane Burkhart; and her sister Kimberly Burkhart. She is survived by: her husband Rick Dunlap; her sons, Michael Dunlap (Neely) and Andrew Curry; her stepdaughter Amber; her niece Ashley Burkhart; her brother Michael Burkhart (Sandy); and her sister-in-law Connie Mattos (Rick).
