He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tupper and Faye Tupper; and his brother Mike Tupper. He is survived by: his wife Rita Koepnick; his sons, Robbie Tupper (Chelsea) of Fairfield and Todd Tupper of Fairfield; his siblings, Jeff Tupper (Kristy) of Saint Anthony, ID., David Tupper (Becci) of Hagerman and Becky Tupper of Hagerman; his sister-in-law Francis Tupper of Challis; his grandchildren, Whitney, Sam, Trace, Darby, Tyson, Tessa and Torri; and his great grandchildren, Emme and Callum.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fairfield American Legion Hall (114 Camas Ave E, Fairfield, ID 83327).
