He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Smith and LaRue Smith. He is survived by: his brothers, Kirk, Craig and Evan Smith; his wife May; his daughters, Jennifer, Lisa, Stacie and Carrie; and his grandchildren, Sydney, Sterling, Aria, Kacie, Kobe, Ethan, Kaleb, Amelia and Elaine. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
