He is survived by: his sister LouAnn Hainsworth Bjornberg; his former wife Sandi Calixto; his stepchildren, Jesse Calixto (Taylor), Maria Hinton (Chris), Amy Lizarraga (Tomas) and Anna Hernandez (Juan); and his stepgrandchildren, Jordyn (Jaime), Mario (Abbi), Julian, Michael, Joseph, Jaylee, Michelle, Marcus, Isabella and Charlotte.
