He is survived by: his wife Marcia Thompson; his stepchildren, Scott Hyde, Stan Rhodes, Jeremy Estes and Deborah Bowne; his sister Becky (David Carmack); his sister-in-law Marlene Thompson; and his grandson Dustin Schultz.
