We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 82, Phyllis Rae Mendive Black in Fruitland, Idaho, born in Bozeman, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Elisha John Harbison and Edith Ellen Crawley Harbison; her stepfather Ben Kenison; and her brothers, Jack, Bill and Tom.

She is survived by : her sons, Marcus Mendive-Elko (Kelli) and Shannon Mendive-New (Amanda); her brother Albert Kenison (Diane); her sister-in-law Carol Harbinson; and her grandchildren, David, Alicia, Kristina, Minnette, Wyatt, Jack, Amaia and Leah. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces, and nephews.
