He was predeceased by : his parents, Randall S. Carpenter and Berniece Winters Carpenter. He is survived by : his wife Leah Ann Carpenter (Ann); his daughters, Mitzi Carpenter DeShone (Will DeShone) and Melani Lynne Fragge (Anthony Fragge); his granddaughters, Mara Ann Fragge and Sierra LizBeth Fragge; his nieces, Lisa Fitting, Colleen Olson and Connie Iniguez; and his nephew Neil Weaver.
