She was predeceased by: her father Walter Arthur Slaughter; her husband Gary Grant Major; and her mother Mary Viola Simonton Slaughter (Simonton). She is survived by: her sons, Marshall (Leslie) of Meridian, Idaho, Mitchell (Erin) of Kernersville, N. C. and Matt of Pflugerville, Texas; her siblings, Richard Slaughter (Susan) of Boise, Idaho and Jane Wood (Gerald) of Nampa, Idaho; and her grandchildren, Marshall, Leslie, Kade (Adryanna), Chase (Chelsea), Erin and Matt. She is also survived by her family, her many, many friends.
