She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Bland Ballard and Gertrude Ballard (Reynolds); her siblings, David Ballard (Marie) and Dawn Crandall (Floyd); her son Bland Ballard; her grandson Evan Ballard; her daughter Carol Phillips; her grandchildren, Brandon, Kristen, Lauren, Reagan, Autumn and Caroline Phillips; and her great grandchild Wyatt. She was also cherished by many other nieces and nephews and extended family.
