She was predeceased by : her parents, Phil Burley and Mary Burley; her son Shane Michael Neil; and also, Michael and Vickey Neil.

She is survived by : her husband Steven Michael Neil; her sisters, Shannon Burley (Jeff) and Ovvie Bray (Jason); her nephew Adrian Carlson; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexzander, Easton and Maverick; her niece Kyta Sellers (Terrell Wise); her niece Hadies Sellers; and also, Atlis Wise, Shawnna Peterson (Derek), Stacy Haycock (Jason), Sharee Neil and Sterling Neil (Tracy). She is also survived by 7 nieces, and 4 nephews.
