He is survived by: his wife Janis; his siblings, Steve "Stephen" (Marlene) of Logan, UT, Shauna Clark of Mesa, AZ, Joel (Janell) of Mesa, AZ and Dan "Daniel" (Laura) of Mesa, AZ; and his children, Melissa Gardner (Randy) of Queen Creek, AZ, Mindee Mortensen (Terrel) of Preston, ID, David Jr. (Dendi) of Oro Valley, AZ, Mariane Welchman (Ryan) of Safford, AZ, Vance (McKenzie) of Plano, TX, Pamela Hoopes, Tricia Jensen (Michael), Jamie Wiles of Queen Creek, AZ, Charles Furnell (Beki) of Queen Creek, AZ and Nick Furnell. He is also survived by 37 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
