He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery C. Rasmussen and Verda Crossley Rasmussen; his sister Deanne; his former wife Nadine Jenkins Rasmussen; his wife Janet Huber Rasmussen; his grandson Dillon Dean Swenson; and his great grandchildren, Manti Cody Harris and Waylon Verl Bell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gayla and Dawna; his siblings, Lewis Rasmussen (Laurie) and Kaylene Rasmussen; his daughters, Tonda Cody (Clarence) of Chubbuck, ID, Carla Larsen of Ogden, Audra Swenson (David) of Chubbuck, ID and Janna Turner of West Yellowstone, MT; his stepchildren, Karla Nef (Lyle) of Rupert, ID, Lori Farnsworth (Doug) of Rigby, ID, Michele Edgley (Eric) of Kaysville, UT and Bart Whiting (Shelley) of Boise, ID; Karla, Lori, Michele and Bart. He is also survived by his 10 children, his siblings, and his parents.
Viewing was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Grace LDS Church (404 S Main St, Grace, ID 83241). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
