It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thayne Pierce Keele of Grace, Idaho, born in Payson, Utah, who passed away on April 30, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Marcel Keele and Virginia Keele; his son Alan Keele (Kim); his significant other Marie Thomas Keele; his grandson Max; his great grandchild Oaker; and his siblings, Blaine Keele, Kathy Keele, Marilyn Keele, Debbie Blair and Danny Keele.

He is survived by : his siblings, Anna Ribucan (Al), Frank Keele (Carolyn), Rebecca Hunsaker Barney (Blaine) and Christine Muhlestein (Cory); and his children, Jeff Keele (Elizabeth), Ric Keele (Nathan), Collette Keele (Dana), Colleen Jacobson (Mike), Brent Keele (Shanna) and Dave Keele (Keri). He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, those so inclined can make a donation to the Thayne Keele Memorial Scholarship Fund which will be awarded to track athletes from Grace and Soda Springs High Schools.
