He was predeceased by : his parents, Glendon Jacobs and Alice Jacobs; his sons, Mark and Ryan; and his brothers, Max and Gale.
He is survived by : his wife Elva Guadalupe Guerra; his children, Nancy, Bonnie, Kevin and Karen; and his siblings, Kenneth, Ronald, Joseph and Joann. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
