He is survived by: his wife Terri Mills; his children, Jennifer Mills, Kelly Welter, Edward Mills and Derrick Welter; his grandchildren, Trella Mills, Elyse Anderson, Gabriella Mills-Seleni, Naomi Mills and Willow Mills; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor Herrin and Vienna Herrin.
