Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patsy Hazelbaker (Grangeville, Idaho), who passed away at the age of 90, on September 12, 2025. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Patsy leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Patsy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Woodrow "Chuck" and Edna Pearl "Pearl" Albaugh; her husband Richard; her children, Avis, Rhonda and Leonard; and her siblings, Betty and Charlie.
She is survived by: her daughter Denise Sampo (Don) of Lewiston; and her sister-in-law Margaret of Albuquerque. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews.
Patsy has asked that any donations be made to the VFW Auxiliary 10043 at 1104 Warner Ave., Lewiston, ID 83501, to support their continued work with veterans and their families.
