He was predeceased by : his grandparents, David Hartzler, Robert Henry, James Leedy and Anne Henry. He is survived by : his wife Mallory; his sons, Ezekiel, Oscar, Solomon and Augustus; his siblings, Caleb Henry (Rachel), Nate Henry and Paige McPartlon (William); his grandmother Mary Kay Leedy; his parents-in-law, Carla Blackwell (Fred) and Dennis Cooper Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Cooper (Shannon), Natasha Maynor (Jeremy), Amanda Miller (Chad), Janie Smith (Andy) and Mindi Reiter (Fred); and his grandparents, Fred Blackwell Sr., Velma See and Katie Cooper. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
