He is survived by: his mother Patsy Page (Russ Page); his father-in-law Russ; his brother Mike; his wife Shannon Edwards; his daughter Kerstyn Matlock (Ty); his granddaughters, Brandi and Hadley; his daughter Stephanie Jones (Cameron); his grandson Colt; his great grandchildren, Anthony, TaSheena, Cobby and Brad Bugher; and his sisters, Teresa Roberts (Mike) and Amy Frank (Derek). He is also survived by 13 step-grandchildren.
