He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Ross and Ida Ross (Rasch); and his brother Steven Ross. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis F. Ross of Hagerman; his children, James Charles Ross of Castlerock, Washington, Angela Marie Ross of Jerome and Diana Lynn Swarens of Hagerman; and his brothers, David Ross of Hagerman, Michael Rasch of Jerome, Donald Rasch of Jerome and Kenneth Rasch of Jerome. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
