Janet Billiard Obituary

Janet Billiard, born on August 1, 1935, passed away on August 15, 2026. Janet leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Palmer and Lucille Palmer; her husband Mac Billiard; her son Michael; and her siblings, Norma Little, Diane Martinez, Bud Palmer and Jack Palmer.

She is survived by: her children, Tony Billiard (Jody) of Buhl, Idaho and Jeri Ann Billiard of Hagerman, Idaho; her sister Debie Chivers (Steve) of Boise, Idaho; her grandchildren, Nicole Ferreira (Gilbert), Nick Billiard (Andra) and Michael Billiard (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Adisynn, Zavier, Layla and Lilly.

Memorial contributions may be made in Janet's memory to the Hagerman Alumni Association or the Hagerman United Methodist Church.
