He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Richard, Cindy, Ken (Don), Jennifer, Scott, Paul, Kim and Tim; and his sister Caren Jensen (Bill). He is also survived by 25 grandkids and 25 great grandkids, 2 great-great-great grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
