He was predeceased by : his parents, Patricia A. Turner and Raymond Turner; his parents-in-law, Chris and Dorthy Uhl; his stepson Scott Brower; his nephew Kirk Turner Watkins; and his brother-in-law Kyle McBride.

He is survived by : his wife Ilene; his stepsons, Kip and Eric Brower (Laura); his siblings, Rob Turner (Kathy) and Patti Watkins (Ernie); and his siblings-in-law, Louise McBride and Louis Uhl.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chuck's name to the Blaine County Senior Connection or a charity of your choice.
