He is survived by: his wife Shelly Higgins; his sons, Tague Higgins and Luke Higgins; his parents, Sandra Turnbull and N. Richard Higgins Higgins (Judy); his sister Suzi Curtis (Geoff); his nieces, Siena Curtis and Lucy Curtis; and his close friend Dave Sullivan. He is also survived by stepbrothers and sister.
