He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Eberhard and Evelyn Eberhard; and his brother Kirk (Gloria). He is survived by: his brothers, Chad Blackfoot (Audrey) and Todd Ashland (David Silva). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
