It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Peter De Luca of Hailey, Idaho, born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Luca and Harriet De Luca; and his sister Marian De Luca. He is survived by : his wife Jean De Luca of Hailey; his son Mario De Luca; his daughter-in-law Danielle De Luca; his grandchildren, Franklin and Hazel De Luca of Portland, Oregon; and his sister Margie Miracle of Boise Idaho.
