She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Coller and James Coller; her husband Thomas A. Sage; and her sisters, Carolyn Stephany, Christine Zimmerman and Shirley Emerich.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas G. Sage (Carla) and Sandra McCord; her grandchildren, James McCord, Haley McCord, Michael McCord (Hannah), John Mark McCord, Thomas G. Sage Jr. (Kate), Hannah Miller (Kyle) and Rachel Bell (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Elliot, Nico and James.
