With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Suzanne Olivia Shafer Rowland of Hailey, Idaho, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on August 23, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, James H. Shafer and Dorothy Shafer (Goggie); her husband Frank Rowland; her children, Jennifer (Brent Diehl), Ginger (Tom Ferries) and John (Alysha Oclassen); and her brother Jimmy A. Shafer. She was also cherished by "sister" friends.
